Usual Suspects at Hedonism II

Upon arriving at Hedonism II make sure that all your luggage has been removed from the transfer bus or private car that you arrived in, Remember to tip you driver then  leave your luggage with the Bellman and proceed to the group check in area, located just past the front desk. Have your prefilled registration form, passports and a credit card readily available to give to the Hedonism II check in staff.  If you forgot to complete your reservation form, prior to arrival, you will have to fill it out on property. Once you hand in your paperwork, proceed to the Char Travel Check in desk to the left right of the group check in area to say hello and pick up your Char Travel Swag.

We will be in the lobby till 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, we will leave your beach bag and name necklace on our Char Travel table for pick up. If you forget to pick it up, it will be there in the morning.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

All cancellations and changes must be done in writing via email to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not accept cancellation request via phone, text messaging, via Facebook Messenger or any other messaging form of communication.

The following penalties will apply should you have to cancel after initial deposit. These are Char Travel, LLC penalties, additional hotel and transfer penalties my apply, depending on the time of cancellation. 

After initial deposit, a $100.00 pp will be in place
After the 3rd payment date has passed 50% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable 
After final payment date has passed 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable, no exceptions! Travel Insurance is highly recommended to avoid costly penalties.
