If you are new to the hedonistic type of lifestyle or have been swinging for a while, or just like to meet really fun people to party with - this will be the week to come out and play with us and our friends.
Once booked, you will be able to request an invitation to our private Facebook group using the Facebook Icon on the left hand side of your trip page. Once approved, you can meet and greet couples prior to the trip, not everyone booked chooses to be on Facebook so do not just the FB group to the number of people we have going on the trip.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
All cancellations and changes must be done in writing via email to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not accept cancellation request via phone, text messaging, via Facebook Messenger or any other messaging form of communication.
The following penalties will apply should you have to cancel after initial deposit. These are Char Travel, LLC penalties, additional hotel and transfer penalties my apply, depending on the time of cancellation.
After initial deposit, a $100.00 pp will be in place
After the 3rd payment date has passed 50% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable
After final payment date has passed 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable, no exceptions! Travel Insurance is highly recommended to avoid costly penalties.
Welcome to Hedonism II, Jim & I will be in the lobby most of the day to meet and greet you, assist you with the check in process and hand out your Char Travel Swag.
When you arrive at Hedo, whether it be a private transfer or the Sun Holiday bus, please remember to check the seat carefully to make sure you have everything. Ladies if you have a separate purse make sure it didn't slide under the seat or that stuff did not fall out of it on the ride to Hedo. Gentleman, make sure your wallet and passport did not fall out of your pants or shorts and that both of you have your phones and any other electronic devices you might have taken out on the drive. Make sure that all of your luggage has been removed from the vehicle and remember to tip your driver. I usually tip $10.00 per person, but feel free to tip more if you like.
After you enter the lobby, take a breath and then take a moment to pull out your passports, a credit card and your completed H2 Registration form. Take this form to the Group Check in desk, which will be straight in front of you. Do not go to the front desk as they will send you to the Group Check in desk. After you have handed in your form and they have given you your passports and credit card back, make your way over to the Char Travel Desk to meet Jim & I, and pick up your swag.
Check in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and can go up to 6:00 p.m. so please be patient. If your room is not ready, leave your luggage with the bellman, and feel free to leave your carry-on or personal belongs that contain passports, phones and other electronics with us. Grab a drink at the bar, get some lunch or, if this is your first time to Hedo, change into something more comfortable and explore your home for the week. If Jim or I are available we will also be happy to show you around.
Check back with us or the group check in desk anytime after 3:00 p.m. to see if your room is ready. If you are having fun at the pool, and you leave your personal belongings with us, just make sure you come to get you your stuff before we leave at 5:00 p.m. Anything left when we leave at 5:00 p.m. we will give to the bell man to lock up.
We will be at the Main Bar at 7:30 p.m. to meet folks who checked in after 5:00 p.m. or to just have drinks with folks who want to hang out or have dinner with us and meet DJ Mark & Donna.
For over 30 years DJ Marky Mark has been packing the dance floors all over the Philadelphia & New Jersey scene. His DJ career started out as a teenager in the roller-skating rinks and quickly moved to the club scene where he became the youngest member of the Philadelphia Spinners Association. His mixes were heard all over the radio waves as he made several guest appearances on various radio stations and a local Philly TV show called Dancing on Air. He performed at several lifestyle events & clubs and currently is the head DJ entertainer at Sunny Rest Resort in the Pocono Mountains of PA.
Blue Mountain Coffee
Meet Thunder, a local celebrity that Rachal met years ago. He and his family have grown Blue Mountain Coffee for generations on their 100 acres of land. He is giving us a great deal of only $25.00 a pound. To get your order, come to the meet and greet on Sunday, with cash in hand. Rachal will be placing the order that night. He will be delivering the coffee to the resort on Tuesday.You will be able to pick up your coffee on Wednesday on the nude beach between 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. Rachal will have a table set up.
If you love bourbon, you are not going to want to miss our Bourbon Tasting event that will be held in the Piano Bar on Monday, 3/24 at 7:00 p.m We got special permission to hold this event during there regular business hours, so even if you are not a bourbon fan, the bar will be open, so you can come and enjoy an adult libation of your choice and meet more folks you might not have met yet before you head to dinner.
For those us who do enjoy bourbon and want to share your favorite with others, we request that you bring your bottle to the piano bar by 6:45 so we can get them opened and give them a little time to breath.. Mr. Graham, the General Manager of the resort, has arranged for us to have glasses and we will also have a table set up with pitchers of water and a cheese and cracker spread so you can cleans your palate in between tasting. Our Bourbon room will be set up to the left of the bar as you enter the Piano bar. We will start with the lighter versions first, and work our way up to the darker ryes, which my palate prefers, my liver not so much, but my liver hates me anyway so who cares.
Any bourbon left over we do ask that you take it back to your room or if you plan on enjoying it through out the evening, you can take it to the next bar of your choice. If we have an incredible amount left over, and you do not want to take it home, bring it to the disco on Thursday night when DJ Marky Mark will be playing and we can finish it up there. If there is still more left over, you can drop it off with me on Friday and I will give it to Mr. Graham, who enjoys a good bourbon as our thank your for letting us host this amazing event for a second time.
This is a tradition on every Char Travel trip. Today we take a break from the resort and let the wind and salt air wash over our bodies, as we sail along the beautiful Jamaican coast. Our first stop will allow you to jump into the beautiful Caribbean water for some snorkeling, before we make our way down toward the west end, where we will make a second stop that will allow you to again get in the water and swim through the caves. Bring your underwater cameras for same great photo opts.
You must sign up and pay for the Cat Cruise at Hedo's Concierge desk before end of day Monday 3/25.
We will meet at the dock at 10:00 a.m. Bring towels, sun screen, and $10 to $15 pp for tip money for the crew. Please make sure all tip money goes into the box do not give it to the individual crew. There will be water, beer and rum punch on board, I will also see if I can get some snack, but you should eat a lite breakfast before we sail. If you are not sure about getting sea sick, you should bring a dramamine patch or bring some Bonine. Once we leave the dock we will not return until 2:00 p.m.
