Swing Into Spring 2025

Welcome to Hedonism II, Jim & I will be in the lobby most of the day to meet and greet you, assist you with the check in process and hand out your Char Travel Swag. 

When you arrive at Hedo, whether it be a private transfer or the Sun Holiday bus, please remember to check the seat carefully to make sure you have everything. Ladies if you have a separate purse make sure it didn't slide under the seat or that stuff did not fall out of it on the ride to Hedo. Gentleman, make sure your wallet and passport did not fall out of your pants or shorts and that both of you have your phones and any other electronic devices you might have taken out on the drive. Make sure that all of your luggage has been removed from the vehicle and remember to tip your driver. I usually tip $10.00 per person, but feel free to tip more if you like. 

After you enter the lobby, take a breath and then take a moment to pull out your passports, a credit card and your completed H2 Registration form. Take this form to the Group Check in desk, which will be straight in front of you. Do not go to the front desk as they will send you to the Group Check in desk. After you have handed in your form and they have given you your passports and credit card back, make your way over to the Char Travel Desk to meet Jim & I, and pick up your swag.

Check in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and can go up to 6:00 p.m. so please be patient. If your room is not ready, leave your luggage with the bellman, and feel free to leave your carry-on or personal belongs that contain passports, phones and other electronics with us. Grab a drink at the bar, get some lunch or, if this is your first time to Hedo, change into something more comfortable and explore your home for the week. If Jim or I are available we will also be happy to show you around. 

Check back with us or the group check in desk anytime after 3:00 p.m. to see if your room is ready. If you are having fun at the pool, and you leave your personal belongings with us, just make sure you come to get you your stuff before we leave at 5:00 p.m. Anything left when we leave at 5:00 p.m. we will give to the bell man to lock up.  

We will be at the Main Bar at 7:30 p.m. to meet folks who checked in after 5:00 p.m. or to just have drinks with folks who want to hang out or have dinner with us and meet DJ Mark & Donna.

Today is our last big Naked and Happy Nude pool Party. DJ Marky Mark, kicked off the amazing week and Steven B and the entire Char Travel & Rachals Rebels staff are going to close it out, but not until we rock it out. We hope you had and amazing week and we thank you for booking with Char Travel and Rachals Rebels. We hope you plan to all return with us next year 3/22 - 29, 2025. We already have plans to expand our entertainment with more crazy day and night time pool parties.

For over 30 years DJ Marky Mark has been packing the dance floors all over the Philadelphia & New Jersey scene. His DJ career started out as a teenager in the roller-skating rinks and quickly moved to the club scene where he became the youngest member of the Philadelphia Spinners Association. His mixes were heard all over the radio waves as he made several guest appearances on various radio stations and a local Philly TV show called Dancing on Air. He performed at several lifestyle events & clubs and currently is the head DJ entertainer at Sunny Rest Resort in the Pocono Mountains of PA.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

All cancellations and changes must be done in writing via email to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not accept cancellation request via phone, text messaging, via Facebook Messenger or any other messaging form of communication.

The following penalties will apply should you have to cancel after initial deposit. These are Char Travel, LLC penalties, additional hotel and transfer penalties my apply, depending on the time of cancellation. 

After initial deposit, a $100.00 pp will be in place
After the 3rd payment date has passed 50% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable 
After final payment date has passed 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable, no exceptions! Travel Insurance is highly recommended to avoid costly penalties.
