Cost is per person based on double occupancy.
Single Occupancy is 150% of the per person rate
Accomm: All rooms are based on 5 nights 6 days listed in the itinerary. Any additional nights on the front or back of the group must be preapproved, please contact us at 215-321-5541 ext 1 if you are in need of additional nights. All rates on the front or back of the group trip will be charged at the current published rate.
Inclusions: All meals and alcoholic beverages (except where stated), non-motorized water sports, including scuba diving.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
You should contact guest relations, when you arrive on property, to schedule a meeting with the Chef to discus any dietary requirements.
NOT INCLUDED:
Flights: You will need to book flights, details will be provided after you register.
Insurance: We highly recommend travel insurance. Instructions will be provided after you register.
HOW TO REGISTER/BOOK:
Simply click the BUTTON in the footer below and register for the group trip. You will then have 7 days to pay your deposit which will guarantee your spot on the trip. No space is guaranteed until a deposit is made. Remember if you want additional nights you must contact us. Do not book air until you have written confirmation that your additional nights have been approved.
Resort Credit Vouchers: H2 resort credit vouchers must be scanned and emailed to [email protected]. We must verify the credit is valid with Hedonism, before any rate adjustments can be made. If you are using a H2 $700/12 Loyalty Voucher, please provide us with your the dates of your previous stay. We must validate the stay with the resort before we can make any rate adjustment.
Deposit: A 1 night deposit, based on the room category you select, is due at the time of booking. A group payment plan will be outlined on your invoice. Reminders will automatically be sent to you for payment when it is due. You will have 10 days to make each payment, if you are unable to make a payment please contact Char Travel a 215-321-4451ext 1. If your payment is not received with 10 days of the payment date, the booking will be cancelled and depending on the cancellation penalty, a refund may or may not be issued.
