Both Parties must read and accept the below change fees and cancellation policy. This policy is non-negotiable. Making a deposit or final payment constitutes acceptance of all Cancellation Penalties, Change Fees, and Terms and Conditions set forth herein. 

You must notify our office within 3 days of any discrepancies on the invoice, failure to do so may result in change fees. We allow you to make one-time name change to your booking free of charge. Any additional name changes are $25.00 per person per change. 

All date changes or money moves, after initial deposit, is subject to a $50.00 fee, plus resort penalties and fees depending on the time the change is made and if we must cancel the initial booking with the hotel and make a new booking. 

All cancellations and changes must be done in writing via email to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not accept cancellation request via phone, text messaging, via Facebook Messenger or any other on-line form of communication. 

The following penalties will apply should you have to cancel after initial deposit. These are Char Travel, LLC penalties, additional hotel and transfer penalties may apply, depending on the time of cancellation. 

After initial deposit a $100 pp penalty is in place
After the 2nd payment date has passed 50% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable 
After final payment date has passed 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable, no exceptions! Travel Insurance is highly recommended to avoid costly penalties. 

Three some rooms, where 3 females go for the price of 2, are required to pay in full at the time of booking. These rooms will be non-refundable and they are not eligible for the H2 Cancel for any Reason waiver since the 3rd person in the room is free on paper. This protects the other two occupants in the room from having to pay extra should someone cancel and the other two want to still attend the trip.  We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Should you choose not to purchase travel protection, and the other two parties in the room are unable to find another person to take your place, you will lose your travel investment. 

Char Travel, its affiliated entities, its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because "Char Travel" does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, Char Travel assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.
